No to CHA-CHA
Now I know why our country is riddled with criminals. First GMA released the plunderer (ERAP), now she approved the release of a convicted killer (Teehankee, Jr.). Why?
Now I know why she won't let go of power. She will definitely go to jail, unless she changes the constitution.
