This Carlos Sison is a lazy unemployed BS, did not own a business as the article states, and simply neglected his responsibility on his paperwork. He sat around the house all day playing video games while his wife slaved her way thru life. He is a lying despicable person who SUES everybody.

A Filipino couple filed charges against the United States' Immigration for deporting them by mistake.
Carlos Sison and his wife Amelyn Banares said their lives turned upside down when the US government wrongfully deported them in 2005.
The couple is seeking half a million dollars in damages in backpay, credit loss and other damages.
They claimed that this is not enough for the suffering they endured.
"By law, ito ang alam namin, immigration law, states now that when you have a pending case against the government for whatever as long as its not really done, hindi kami pwedeng i-deport. Bakit kami ide-deport approve yung motion namin?" Carlos pointed out.
The government dismissed the case earlier this year. But Sison’s lawyer recently filed an appeal to reopen their case against the government on June 15.
"We think its right. Sue the government for what they did to us," Carlos said.
Carlos has been living in the United States since 1985 while Amelyn arrived 10 years later. The two married a few years later.
Amelyn was a registered nurse sponsored by one of her employers. Carlos owned a small business and was under her petition until on March 2005, Immigration and Customs Enforcers arrested the two and threw them in immigration jail.
They claimed that they did not receive the "notices to appear" from immigration court.
The court ordered their deportation for their alleged failure to appear in court.
Carlos claims that the letters were sent to an old address. They were confident that a motion to reopen their case would go through, but instead they found themselves on a flight back to the Philippines.
"How can we support ourselves that’s why it’s really hard," Amelyn said. "I’ve been working so hard and then in just one click it’s all gone," she added.
The Department of Homeland Security brought the couple back to America two years later. They found themselves jobless, they had lost their home and credit rating.

I am pretty sure that the INS had their valid reason for the deportation. If the INS dig deeper into their personal records, they might find something (check their police records, etc.) The INS doesn't deport people just like that. They must have done something illegal. Suing the INS is like poking a bear with a stick - you might just get eaten! If the INS deported them the first time, what is stopping them from doing it again?

Their almighty immigration officers can deny you entry into the US if for whaever reason he feels like and thats including if he has a bad day, and you can not do anything about it. Their power is absolute.Now you call America " THE BEACON OF DEMOCRACY'?? what a shame?? a land of HYPOCRITES they promote and advocate something and yet they do something the opposite. No wonder Americans are not safe wherever they go anywhere around he world. The policies of your government have caused a lot of of suffering and pain to millions of people around the world and you continue to recruit more enemies for America!! Even the Glory of Greece and the Grandeur of Rome ended and it will not be long when the end of America is here.
